Privacy policy

StockLevel is an inventory tool for Shopify merchants, operated by Arched Development. Last updated 16 August 2026.

What we store

• Your store address and access token, so the app can sign in and update your stock.
• Your products, variants and SKUs, and the stock level we calculated for each — this is what the app shows you.
• The stock figures you upload, so the importer knows how much you have.
• A record of each import: when it ran, what changed, and any SKUs that could not be matched.

What we do not store

StockLevel does not collect or store your customers' personal data. It does not read customer records, and it does not need to: it works with products and stock quantities only.

Why we store it

Solely to provide the service — keeping your Shopify stock in step with your own figures, and showing you why a product is out of stock. We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use it to train anything.

Who else sees it

Nobody outside Arched Development, other than Shopify itself when we read from or write to your store. Data is held on servers in the United Kingdom.

How long we keep it

For as long as the app is installed. When you uninstall, Shopify notifies us and we delete your store's data within 30 days. You can ask us to delete it sooner.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about your store, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email support@arched.dev and we will respond within 30 days.
